You have to arrive early because places are limited.

Very good location in town and on the beach. The toilets are a 1-minute walk away, right next to the cafe. For showers, there are either the ones on the beach, but they are cold. Or there is the municipal swimming pool 2 minutes away at $4 per shower.

    Great spot!

It gets quite busy so get there early but it's so nice there. The beach is cool with awesome sunsets. There are 2 cold showers and you can pay 4$ at the Kiwa Pools for a hot one. There is also a cafe which serves great food and drinks. Town centre is a 30min walk which isn't too bad and there is also a bar (smash palace) at 5 minutes walk distance if you want to go out!

Really great spot right by the beach- fills up early & we did see someone issuing fines / warnings in the morning so make sure you park in the blue bays.

Toilets a short walk, but they do shut at 9pm!

    Absolutely love this place!!

Huge parks with playgrounds, toilet, cafe, in front of the beautiful beach and swimming pool that opens until 7ish PM!!! What else do you need??? Highly recommended for responsible campers 😊

Good spot just behind the dunes.

Big spaces to park your vehicle and cold beach showers within 2 mins walking distance. City Centre is 25/30 min walk

    Gorgeous spot.

Surf club played reggae music until around 9:30 which didn't bother us but might to others. Car park gets busy during late afternoon/evening.

Decent spot, right on the beach and really close to town.

Considering it’s close to a road it was very quiet over night. Enough spaces for 10 vehicles. The only issue is that the public toilet is about a 5 minute walk away. Bit of a nightmare when (like it was for me) it’s heavy rain all day and night.

Problem is the parks only fit standard car not a 6 berth caravan.

The council came knocking in the morning for V passes, and let us know you have to park in blue lines doesn’t matter what size your vehicle is. Great spot. Beautiful
