Lovely spot behind the dunes, easy access to the beach.
2 parks available for self-contained so first in first serve! A bench bh the dunes is the perfect spot to watch the waves and sunset/sunrise

A nice wee spot.
8/10 due to lack of spaces. ONLY 2 spaces available in designated green lines. Shame the other back spaces can't be used. Anyone asked the council? We want for nothing.its all onboard. NZMHCA. Away from road noise. Dunes on either side. No light in toilets (short walk away-on grass). Ear plugs are my friend.

Lovely spot right by the beach, worth getting up early to check out the sunrise.
Toilets close by, no lights, but open all night. Only two spots. Noisy boy racers at about midnight doing doughnuts! And someone doing their recycling at 5am! But other than that very peaceful.

Great location, right on the beach and a nice bar only 10 min walk away.
Bring your torch to get to the toilet at night its a 4 minute walk and has no light in it. Worst thing about this place was as we dozed off a massive siren started going off. Presuming, in our sleep deprived state, that a tsunami was coming to kill us all we sped off into the night up to te puke to escape. So we never actually slept here. (Turns out it wasn’t a tsunami but they use the same siren to call volunteers to the fire station, how stupid is that?! Anyway at least you all know now unlike us idiots) 👍🏼
