The parking spots are well marked with green lines and spacious enough for the smaller campervans.
Gate closes around 10 as well as toilets, very quiet overnight (felt safe), gets very busy in the morning.
There’s amazing coffee truck with delicious pastries to sweeten the day.
(Don’t expect pretty sights, it’s just a big parking lot in the middle of the city)

Great little spot next to the sports fields.
You can take a walk down the hill through the bush to the reserve below.
Little coffee shop opened up in the morning. Public toilets at the sport club but not sure what time there closed or open. Was here during the week I would say the weekend would get busy with all the sports going on. Limmited space , a young backpacker moved his vehicle so we could also park on the marked area.

Carpark at a sports field, huge field, bush walks and playgriund nearby.
Toilets were open until 10:30pm, which might have just been luck. They lock the gates at 10pm. I had a lovely stay hear, quiet overnight and not too busy in the morning. There is even a lovely person selling delicious baked goods and coffees!

I enjoyed my night at Waipuna park, toilets seemed to be open all night.
Noisy group playing a sport till 8 pm then very quiet. Moved because of shade on solar panels. Would stay again. Lots of dog walkers night and morning.

Located in the car park at the end of several sports fields.
Only 4 spots but only us here, a bit shady late at night few cars hanging around. But located next to quiet public toilets which closed at around 10pm. Loud in the morning with general public arriving.
