Just a parking in the middle of the town but totally nice for spending one night.

Felt totally safe. We were only two campervans. New and clean toilets just crossing the street.

This is literally just a car park a long the road side.

At the moment the Number 1 Road is part closed so the diversion kinda runs by here - very noisy.

The car park is well lit and level, pleany of room aswell. There are benches available and a bin. The tolites look new, very clean

Looks like the toilets have been completed recently so were in very good condition and open all night.

However would not stay here again as did not feel safe! We were woken up about 1am to the sound of revving engines and horns - think people were drag racing.

People tend to speed through the area and there was a car accident the morning we left.

Easy place to find, right on the main road however and has two portaloos which a lot of people stopped to use in the morning making the area seem a lot less private.

However one of the homes near by had a dog that came and said good morning which was lovely.

Not very quiet but a good safe place to have access to a lot of place in Northland

Nothing special but the closest spot we could get to Waitangi.

About 5 spots just off the main road but traffic noise wasn’t an issue. Cool pub across the road with a butcher/store on the opposite corner. Careful of kids in the morning as it seems to be a stop for the local school bus. Toilet was open all night.

On the corner of main roads so vehicle noise, but interesting pub across the road.

    Strange spot on the corner.

Washroom only open during the day. Seemed to be a bus stop for the kids. A little strange waking up to that. Good to stop at if you really need a place. Just a car park.
