I don’t hike regularly and probably I’m not that fit, so this trail was quite a challenge.

It’s quite steep, well protected by the trees. The view from the top is great. I took gondola down to protect my knees :-)

Quite short (1 hour) but steep walk up.

Not many people - happy to get away from touristic Queenstown. Choose different tracks and see mountain bikers. Last metres are boring. But if you are late enough the Gondola down might be free.

Really hard to get up the hill but totally worth it.

    Awesome view.

We went up and down the track and saved the money we would have spent on the gondola.

The tracks are really nice but its a hard trek going up.

Nice landscape, but uphill walk to the gondola is exhausting.

Amazing view and who wants to pay $25 for transport up there.

Short walk (30-40min) up to where the famous gondola goes.

But of course you don't pay and you're losing some weight :).

It is really UP, but it's a really nice trail. And the views here and there on the way, but especially on the top are ABSOLUTELY worth it. After you can walk down, take the gondola much cheaper down or mountainbike down on one of the many trails.
