    Every Saturday morning until 1pm.

It's more of an 'artisan food market' than a traditional farmers market, with lots of yummy foods, sauces, cheeses, pickles etc. A fantastic place for a bite, or to get a few tasty speciality items as well a bit of fruit and veg.

Food market with everything and a good atmosphere.

The best ice creams I have ever tasted! Organically made with coconut milk and other amazing ingredients.

    Nice market with lively atmosphere.

Good to to browse but many items rather pricy compared to Farmers Markets we have at home. Some interesting craft items, but what we really wanted was lots of locally grown, fresh produce and we weren't disappointed. We can't understand why NZ produce is so expensive , especially in supermarkets, as most is produced in NZ. We are told it is because of lack of competition as the government has allowed most of the major supermarkets to be owned by two large corporations. Such a shame especially as junk food is cheaper than fruit and vegetables in many stores.
