2.5/5
Bit noisy due to being right beside the main road but plenty of bbq tables and places to set up camp.

Nice campsite with lots of space to set up tents.
Unfortunately there was gravel underneath the grass, so very hard to put pegs in. Toilet was okay, but a bit smelly.

Directly next to a busy road, long drop toilet was full of mosquitos.
On the plus side there are rubbish bins, picknick areas and firepits.

Tent camping is allowed.
Contacted the council. Nice spot. Flat ground, grass next to river. But next to a busy road. Camping on both sides of road, sign post points only to east side.
