Roadside camping which we only knew about from this site - no Road signs saying where you go so we had to ask other people who were camping up, who unfortunately also weren't sure!

If you park near the Surf and Life saving place there is clean toilets, a campervan power plug and easy access to the beach but unfortunately we drove away not entirely sure where we had camped was correct!

Quite busy and noisy right on the road.

Beach acces tho. Toilets around not really clean and no soap provided. People coming in the night screaming and honking to wake you up on purpose. Wouldn't stay again

The lay-bys are on the northern side of New Brighton Township which have signs advising self-contained ok

    No signs saying freedom camping.

Didn’t take the risk but not as good as other points on the road
