Quite a busy little spot when we went in late November.
Lots of spots under trees to park during the day for shade. Only two sc parking spots which is a bit disappointing. Clean bathroom in walking distance. Nice view of the harbour. Only a 12 minute walk to the shops/restaurants in town which is lovely.

This spot is gorgeous .
One of the marked bays between the arrows is currently filled with mulch, and we noticed tire marks where someone had gotten stuck. To avoid that, we parked just outside the arrows. Since other reviews mentioned strict rules and fines, we gave Thames Council a quick call before they closed. They were really helpful, let the rangers know, and confirmed we were fine to stay.
I’d recommend giving the council a call first—it made things much easier and probably saved us from a fine.

Beautiful spot.
Closest toilets 3 min walk and currently not working. You have to park pretty close to each other to fit within the green arrows.

Neighbours call the council on everything.
Please note: The bylaw allows max. 2 vehicles within the green arrows. This is stated nowhere but in the law.

Space for three cars on the grass with a view of the water.
Toilets were a bit of a walk away at the other end of the car park but very well kept. Be careful to park inside the arrows as the council came very early in the morning to move people on.
