Really helpful staff and very knowledgable.
English girl behind the counter helped me book a few things. She was so helpful and a great sense of humour. Definitely recommend booking through these guys as they find you great deals.

Had a wonderful experience with Motueka I-site, specifically with Sheryl who works there who inspired us to book a helicopter trip with Reid Helicopters.
It was one of the most amazing experiences and we can't thank her enough for organising it all and helping it to run smoothly! Thank you!

Very helpful in showing us direction to places and for brochures for kayak trips.

Totally disgusted.
They charge you to print a receipt for campsite bookings! Money grab! I paid $3.50 to print off a confirmation of campsite booking for Abel Tasman. It would've cost 5 bucks because it had a few lines I coloured ink on it, but another clerk said to just charge for black and white. $1 to use the computer. Careful when you print because it's defaulted to print in colour. Despicable.

We needed information about the Abel Tasman Coast track and we wrote to Motueka i-site.
They were really effective, quick and helpful. They advise us about the best way to do he track according to our disponibility. They also did the whole booking of huts and water taxis for us for free. We are really pleased with them.
Congratulations to all members of Motueka i-site.

The first girl could not really help us.
We asked her what we could do at the Abel Tasman, what she could recommend. She did not really know what to say. We tried it at another lady and she was great!
