    Lovely clean, tidy campground.

Think it is used for some events in the area so there's a shearing shed and some other buildings. Clean toilet block with flushing toilets and tap (not drinking water). There's a drinking water tank in the field under some trees. Really quiet, only one other couple there when we stayed (weds 14th feb). Pub opening hours are Thursday-Sunday so we missed out unfortunately! No noise at night apart from wildlife. Lovely place would recommend! Oh and we were in a tent if that makes a difference!

Campsite looked lovely , only downside ....no dogs allowed .

Which was a shame as we were travelling with our 2 dogs . However we stopped at the tavern on our way out for lunch and cannot recommend this place enough . The locals were lovely and we will be back

I was there for one night with my girlfriend.

We were the only ones there; the field was beautiful, and we had a small campfire. It has a washroom that is clean and a functional sink. Very good for a free campsite

Easy to find as there are two signs on the way, gate was closed but not locked.

We arrived at night so was hard to see. No descriptive signs anywhere as it's basically just a paddock owned by the council. There are a few sheds on the property and the small white one on the right is a toilet block. Toilets were very clean. The neighbour came over and dropped off some sheep so beware of sheep poo. Overall great place to stop over :)

Not much to fault really, big grass area to park and pitch on.

Flushing toilets and running water. Water is needs to be treated though. All round pretty good considering it's free.

An interesting camping spot in sleepy Apiti.

The spacious site was filled with sheep so I wouldn't recommend camping here unless your staying in a vehicle. Some of the nicest toilets we've seen, however the water supply was a bit patchy and the taps didn't run. Refreshing spot though with a field of friendly cows next door. No sign of a designated camp fire spot and picnic bench was broken but would recommend if your looking for somewhere quiet.
