    Very nice walk with a bit of everything.

    sheep, bay, forest, lake, hills, grassland, bridges and great views. Perfect walk for a half day.

    Not too hard through the beautiful Greenstone Valley.

    Leads you over fields and through forest passing the bay and Lake Rere.

    Easy walk, the lake itself isn't all that pretty if there is a breeze but it's a peaceful spot to go by.

    Sheep grazing in the paddocks near the start of the Caples track needed to be dagged/crutched BIG time, flystrike galore!... guess the cockies in the area like seeing their animals backsides being eaten by maggots...

    However don't let that put you off of course :P Have fun on the swingbridges and many hidden pooled spots along the Greenstone river.

    Good family walk to the lake and return via the greenstone track.

    Huve fun on the three swingbridges.
