Information

This remote campsite is a great base camp for 4WD. Fish for trout, or kayak in the river.

A basic campsite accessible to 4WD and mountain bikes. The toll road from St Arnaud and Coldwater Stream is open from Boxing Day through until Easter Monday. Other times you will have to contact Star Holdings Ltd on 03 545 7600 during office hours.

No hut!
But a lovely campsite with a perfectly ventilated toilet.

Coldwater stream delivers really cold and crystal clear water.

Accessible by 4WD, MTB or hiking on the rainbow route (toll road!) from St. Arnaud to Hanmer Springs.

Good hut and a few sites for tents, no water inside, but toilets/fireplace and beds/mattresses, quiet and beautiful when it's good weather, easy walking.
