A bit on the pricey side but it is high season.
That said, excellent facilities made it so easy and although the park was full it was very quiet. Highly recommend for a stop.

Policy change. It was dog friendly in the past. We've stayed twice before with our dog, in fact this was the TOP10 where we decided to join and become members. But they asked us to leave when they discovered we had a dog. Will never go back again. Condiscending signs up in bathroom area advising camera surveillance due to people defacating in showers. I'm sure this is extreme activity and we should not all be judged as capable of such disgusting behavior.

Lovely campsite very close to the shotover jet boat which was brilliant.
Very friendly staff. Campsite small but well run and with clean facilities. The shuttle into town worked well but there is also a local bus service from right outside the camp gates. We loved our stay here.

good place to stay...
a little out of the way - $20-$23 each way to town for Uber as the shuttle was not available. (short staffed)
Expensive place for what it was. stayed in a lot nicer for a fraction of the price.
we had a campervan so parked in a powered site.
Was good in the fact that the toilets and showers were close by.... but the camp spot backed onto a road on the other side of the fence... so had a bright street light all night through the campers curtains and trucks or loud cars driving all night.... and we went in the middle of the week.

Very well looked after park.
Great facilities! Very popular, there was not a spot left in our 3 days of staying there. We used the free courtesy bus into town a number of times and they were fabulous! It is about a 5-10 minute drive into town. There isn’t a lot of parking in town without it being timed or payed so this was a great option for us. Professional and timely. About a 2 minute walk to the shotover jet or a 20 second drive. Was such a great park! Definitely recommend and would stay there in a heartbeat.

It's a small, but modern place with nice staff and hot showers without paying coins for it.
But it's a pretty bad deal for a single person looking for a none power site. I paid 50 for a single night!

Most helpful member of staff helped us get booked for Doubtful Sound cruise by ringing tour company for us and reservation for Top10 in Te Anau. We used the courtesy bus into town and they then rang us to confirm they could pick us up on the later bus home that evening. Lovely showers too.

Book in advance as Queenstown is a popular place, even in low season.
Friendly staff, new, clean porta-cabin style facilities. I felt we had enough space, but think we had one of the better pitches. Hot tub in a private cabin available for rental, with a mountain view. Nice but probably overpriced. But Queenstown is expensive, so I would recommend this place, as it appears to be the better option of them all
