Cleanliness is a top priority for us, our facilities are checked four times a day with a deep clean in the middle of the day, so we appreciate your input as we strive to maintain high standards and we apologize for the experience you had. To clarify, we have communal bathrooms available in three different locations around the park.

Thanks for choosing to stay with us, we are pleased you had a great stay with us and enjoyed the convenience of our location. There are 3 x Shower/Toilet Facilities in the park, there are maps within the facilities on the wall to indicated with the other facilities are and these are also marked on the park map provided at check in. We hope to see you again in the future!

We are very sorry we did not meet your expectations on this occasion, unfortunately it is not always easy to control noise in a campground, however for excessive noise the night phone at reception should be used, this will reach the property managers who will be able to address the situation with the noise generating guests.

We are surprised to hear that you did not find the facilities clean as these are checked 4 times per day, we hope that you reported this to reception so that the issue could be addressed.
