Very nice Campground.
My spot was very close to the beach, I could hear the waves.
Very clean and good conditions.
The wifi was okay.
Nice spot if you need to stay for 1 or 2 nights in greymouth. It is a bit expensive. I've paid less then 40$ for non power, for one night.

Huge holiday park.
Got a nice spot right by the beach and a small block of toilets and showers. Kitchen facilities were sufficient. Only thing we noticed is that our power was quite far away so we couldn’t plug in.

We were taken aback with the beautiful condition of the amenities.
The tile and glass showers were of a standard unexpected for a holiday park. The provision of free wifi and free hot water in the showers was also appreciated. The laundry facilities were excellent. The games room looked fun, the grounds were perfectly groomed and the sites were well marked and spacious. The mini golf was an added bonus and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation and use the holiday park as a base for seeing the attractions in Hokitika, Punakaiki and the cycle trail.

Wonderful site, deserves Top 10 status.
Friendly, welcoming, informative staff. Faciluties excellent. Beautiful hot shower cubicles, clean toilets. Fully equipped laundry, large area and easy to use. We got caught out by a storm at the end of March 2019, so stayed 2 nights.

Great spot, flat sites, close to beach but there was a barrier of trees between which acted as a great wind breaker.
Could still hear the sea as falling asleep though which was lovely. Showers were spacious, water pressure depended on how many other people were using water at same time.

We chose this camping ground based on the price shown on Rankers - which was the most expensive in town.
When we arrived they wanted $77 for 2 adults and 2 children on a powered site.
The kids had already started playing and it was almost dark so it was hard to drag them away and find somewhere more reasonable.
Everything costs extra - the spa, the kids bikes, the laundry, the games room etc. Toilets are clean and the playground was great for the kids but for an extra $5 dollars we could have used one of their cabins instead of bringing a caravan.

Top10 at its best.
Facilities great. Showers hot, clean and modern. Even provided hairdryers. Spotless laundry room. Lots for kids, play park, beach, lovely atmosphere. Lovely cooking facilities for those who need it. Staff friendly and helpful. They seem to have thought of everything at this site. Pitches spacious, grass or tarmac. Unfortunately didn’t get to see the sunset as weather wet. Bonus sleeping to sound of waves crashing on shore. Top end price but get what you pay for. Would recommend and stay again.

We pitched a tent site twice on our way to fox glacier.
It is a wonderful experience with great showers and amazing sunset experience. Only thing I can mention negative is it is 30 mins walk from Monteith's. U got to catch a cab if you want to get drunk.

Large park with all you need.
Price on par with other sites we stayed at. Showers were amazing but could get busy at times. Large kitchen and laundry areas. Some sites have wooden table and chairs and barrier screens for extra privacy and assists in blocking the sea breeze. Park has access onto beach were you can view the sunset. Free 250MB WiFi per day.

The facilities are good but at $49 for a powered site we felt it was too expensive.
There is also no sea view, as the beach is hidden by some shrubbery.

The most expensive holiday park we have stayed in during tour of South Island at $45 a night for a powered site and was so surprised to have no paper towels nor sanitiser in bathroom/toilets supplied
, but old cloth towels hanging for use by everyone!!!!!! So unhygienic and not value for the price. Although the sea can be lovely we spent a sleepless night due to the sound of very rough seas. We would suggest bypassing Greymouth as a place to stay and going 30 minutes south to Hokitika which is fabulous.

Very good facilities the showers and toilets where modern and clean.
The site is easy to find being well sign posted. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had a tent pitch next to the beach. There are shrubs and trees between the pitches and the beach which shelter you from the wind. Great site definitely recommend a visit.
