Fine holiday park, 30 min walk into the city centre.

We paid $55 for two adults on a powered site for the night. Laundry facilities worked well and the kitchen is practical although you have to to to hire cooling utensils if you don’t have your own.

    $60 for a powered site.

Clean, but dated bathrooms and kitchen. Sites cared for, nice setting. Cost another $5 for Kitchen pack to use in the kitchen area. Good barbecues. One of the more expensive parks with few of the special features.

Small campsite which is relatively quiet, even though it is in town.

    Friendly staff and clean facility.

Too bad that in the kitchen there are no utensils for cooking or eating. Everyone must bring their utensils. Other "Top 10" provided what was needed. For the price it would be appreciated if the facilities were brought up to date, as it is a bit old.

I recommend this camp for 1-2 nights.

We expected more from this top 10 park.

It was clean and the employers were nice but the camper(van) spots are really small and not on grass but on gravel. Facilities were clean though so we still give a 7.

We stayed in this Top 10 for the night while passing through Nelson.

It was easy walking to everywhere you’d like to see in the Nelson city area. Dom, who ran the place, was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. Everything was clean and well looked after.

For ease of access and security we highly recommend this top 10.

is near the town center but it is very expensive for no good reason.

The facilities are clean and the spot

The most expensive camp I visit.

Great spot if you want to be close to the town.

Such friendly team working there. Amenities are perfect. It's a quaint campground. If you can, try and book a spot next to the creek, the sound of the water is so soothing.

If you are after a city stay this one is great.

Quiet considering city location- 2km to city heart where lovely restaurants/bars are. $10 in cab. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and lovely amenities even had decent hairdryer.

Too much money for a normal campsite.

Facilities are normal and this spot is close to supermarket and other places at Nelson.

We are staying in a tent and we were disappointed with the site.

There is one small section for all the people staying in tents, the ground there is not even at all. We paid $44

and it was not worth it.

Kitchen is small for the amount of people they cram in the park.

Close to Nelson town. It's a smallish camp with good bathrooms and kitchen equipment.

    10/11Oct18.

$87.21. A friendly welcome on a rainy night. A compact site, quite popular as only 2 pitches available. We didn’t book so were lucky to get one. Probably the best toilet and shower blocks we have seen so far in 5 weeks in NZ. Laundry $4 each washer and dryer. Auto detergent. New machines.

No great views but then we are in Nelson City.

A short walk to the centre.
