I had a fantastic stay at Parklands Marina Holiday Park in Picton.
The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well-maintained, and offer a serene, quiet atmosphere – perfect for a peaceful night before/after the ferry journey. The facilities were spotless, and the entire park had a welcoming, well-kept feel. A big thank you to Hayley, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

I would give an 8.5, Great site.
Although, none of the sites were numbered. We were late arrival coming off of the ferry, and they were very understanding and allowed us to check in late. So, we had a little bit of a hard time finding our site. Left our information easily accessible for us when yet got there! Everyone was great.

Top place to stay.
This is one of the few camp grounds left that actually have grass sites to park on.. The facilities are clean and tidy. The owners are jovial and made the booking in process easy.. do you know what a Lilliput caravan is? They did!
We are here because we got caught out with the ferry problems going on at the moment and had to stay an extra night. But after staying we will plan to come again. This time to spend a few days here!

Great campground with good amenities.
The kitchen is really well equipped, with ovens and a lot of cooking space. The toilets and showers are very clean. There's also a hairdryer, which was useful. The staff is really nice. Even though we arrived half an our after reception closing time, the person was still there so he took the time to give us some explanation about the place. We definitely recommend this campground.

We did not have a booking, but when we arrived about 5:30 pm we were warmly welcomed.
As it is not peak season yet we could pick one of the many spacious grassy spots and let the kids run off. They had a great time on the jumping pillow and playground. The facilities are very clean, comfortable and well equipped. This is one of the commercial campsites we liked most on our 2-month-trip.

It’s obviously just sour grapes. Fantastic campground. All the facilities are clean and well maintained. Host is so friendly.
Showers are lovely and hot and they’re not timed.
You will need your own kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots etc.
We came right after Cyclone Dovi so there has been a few trees down apparently and the host said the park was a mess but it seemed fine to us.
Great stay. No complaints whatsoever.

Stayed a night here either side of the Queen Charlotte Track walk and loved it.
The staff are so friendly and accommodating to us arriving late and leaving late the morning after our walk when we couldn't quite get out of bed in time after QCT! The place is lovely and it was peaceful and not too busy when we were there in March. Nice hot showers and hair dryer in the bathrooms free of charge. A walk to The Jolly Rodger pub for fish and chips is a must!
