This option is great for groups of any kind with four bedrooms; one with a double bed and a single bed, another room with three sets of bunks, and two other rooms with five single bunks in each.

No linen or bedding is supplied other than each mattress having a fitted mattress protector and pillow and pillow case. There are fitted bottom sheets supplied for your use if required. You can bring your own bedding or you can hire sleeping bags.

The lounge and dining area is large with plenty of couches and a television. There is also a free-standing fireplace to keep the group cosy during the cooler months.

The Ranch House has a large fully self-contained kitchen with two ovens, two fridges, microwave and a large chest freezer. All cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are supplied for you. Bathroom area has 2 showers and 2 toilets. A communal laundry is available. Own BBQ.

A recycling station is located at the rear of the unit.
