Nice camping place in the city center (10 minutes walk away), the sites are not so big and therefore quite close to each other.
Nice swimming pools and hot pools. Toilets are not soo clean (there is no bin, so all hair lay on the ground or in the sinks) but showers have excellent power and hot water.

Nice and very clean facilities.
Kitchen and shower rooms (free hot shower) are very nice clean and well equipped. It is possible to go easily by foot to the city center, and it is close to a park. Our site was very good, not big but enough space and easy space to move the campervan. Some staff are more friendly than other ones, it is a quite big campsite and very organized and secure. We managed to get a spot away from families with kids. Lots of activities for kids. Nice Mineral pools and a cold pool, free wifi. However Camping itself is pricely. Hot and cold pools are included in the price . A very good campsite in Rotorua, we recommend it. It seems to be often quickly full ? We were there in July 2020

I have to say this was one of our least favourite spots out of 2 weeks through both islands.
The WiFi was part of the reason we selected it, but it didn’t work while we were there. There were no mirrors in the bathroom and only one shower (when we were leaving we found another set of bathrooms in the back).

I loved this campervan park.
It was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Close location to many things but generally seemed very quiet. We loved the thermal pools in September because it was a little cold out but felt great in the pools. The bathrooms were clean with hair dryers available and they were quite warm. The sites were not muddy and had a picnic table. Overall the camping area was well lit but not too bright. It seemed to be very popular - would be good with a family too. I would definitely stay here (especially if traveling during wetter months).

This was my first experience at a "Top 10", and I didn't particularly think this Holiday Park deserved to cost more than any other holiday park I've stayed at.
We tried a few other places first but this was the only place that wasn't already booked. The location in Rotorua is nice in that you are within walking distance to Eat Street, and the other big bonus is that there's a mineral hot tub, a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day. However, there is no view to speak of and the campsites have no privacy barriers between them. It's all just a bit blah, not what I'm looking for when I pay $55 for an unpowered site with no internet access. Nice and clean, though, with nice bathroom facilities.

Great caravan park for families, but way too busy and crowded.
Lots of kids around (mid dec) and because it caters so well for families there is a lot of noise. Obviously if you want a quieter experience avoid the big caravan parks like this. Still a great experience, very friendly staff and clean facilities. Wifi drops in and out.

Good, clean, well managed spot.
We wanted to swap our campervan site as some noisy campers drew up beside us and opened their side door right opposite ours, staff were helpful in allowing us to shift to another site with bit more privacy, I suggest asking first if you can have a site nearest the fence rather than between the road and the pool. The three pools were lovely, two hot thermals and a larger cool swimming pool. Really close to the town's park with natural thermal pools including a lovely foot spa. Showers and kitchen perfect.

Absolutely awesome camp site, the staff were really welcoming and friendly, even the security guard that came to evict us from the TV room at 10:30 put a smile on our faces (Maori looking guy, the other
big guy was a tad miserable). The hot pools were top notch, like a mini Polynesian Spa. There are 2 shower blocks, the larger of the 2 is perfect, really warm powerful showers, the smaller 1 I didn't bother with. Kitchens are absolutely spotless, modern and stylish as are the TV rooms, 1 of which has a sweet gas fire with log effect and a massive TV on the wall. Could have stayed here all week, worth every penny.
