All Seasons Holiday Park

Welcome to Jurassic park, we have 18 dinosaurs and a great indoor heated pool and hot tub so come in and enjoy

Only eight minutes from town, without the sulphur smells and close to Lake Rotorua, All Seasons Holiday Park is an ideal accommodation base for your visit to Rotorua’s many cultural, thermal and adventure attractions. Rotorua with its geysers and steam pools reminds you of a time long ago when dinosaurs roamed and now no visit to Rotorua would be complete without visiting our Park and checking out our life sized Dinosaurs, which are a major talking point and a great photo opportunity for unique holiday snaps! Middle Earth may have their little hobbits but we have BIG Dinosaurs!

With our indoor heated pool and spa complex, we have you covered for all year round swimming. The pool is heated to around 33 degrees celcius and is the perfect place to relax and unwind, whether you are swimming or just wanting to enjoy the warmth to read a book. We are the closest accommodation provider to the Rotorua International Airport and are often used for first and last night stays for visitors arriving and departing from the airport.

Stay any one night before or after you fly from the Rotorua Airport and we will not only store your car FREE of charge, but we will also drop you off and/or pick you up FREE of charge!

We have a variety of 4 Star Qualmark rated self catering accommodation choices to offer you:

Fully-equipped park motels with kitchens & ensuite bathrooms
Family units & studios
Standard cabins popular with families / groups on a budget
Kitchen cabins
50 bed lodge for family, school, sports & fishing groups
Powered and un-powered camp sites for your tent, caravan or motor home. Size doesn't matter.

Lovely pool and clean facilities but unfortunately a junior Rugby team was staying in the bunkhouse the night we stayed there and they were allowed free reign which made for a less than enjoyable night

. Slight sulphur smell at times but not overpowering. No noise from nearby airport.

A great spot for kids with a sophisticated bouncy castle an indoor pool and a large playground (not to mention the dinosaurs everywhere).

We ended up paying $88 per night for 2 adults plus 2 small kids

The lady at the reception was really lovely.

The park is neat. And they help us with what activities to do around.

The kitchen had a lack of ustensile.

The shower where nice but when you had the big group of teen girls (nice by the way) the kitchen and bathroom where super full and the bathroom kinda gross.

But we still enjoy our stay.

Take care all Rotorua smell sulfur.

There's a covered swimming pool which was in use the whole time we were in the camp didn't get to use it haven't got any togs!

An amazing and very large holiday camp

Al parking sites have their own concrete pad plus a private picnic table with bench seating on both sides

Toilets and showers were outstanding extremely tidy and clean but would recommend a hand rail in the shower booths for us oldies to hang on to

Community kitchen was loaded with amenities ovens toasters jugs etc plus cutlery plates etc

TV lounge area was always kept clean and tidy lots of sofa and settee seating

Small shop in the reservation office there's also a dog washing station free to use

They have about 7 or 8 pedal operated Go-Karts which the kids and some adults were using to race all around the camp grounds looked like a lot of fun

    An unexpected gem.

Close to Hannah's Bay Reserve on the eastern side of Lake Taupo, flat biking, flat camp sites, so clean, free showers, indoor heated pool with retractable roof and the cheapest laundry charges we have seen at any North Island Motor Camp at $3 for a load of washing. Nice and quiet. We will be back.

Have visited a couple of times now with our camper.

Had one poor experience with arguing neighbours into the early hours that disappointingly the staff didn't seem to want to know about. That said, we've been back and had a great time. Good for the kids with fun dinosaurs dotted about. Clean and good facilities. Close to a beautiful reserve (Hannah's Bay). There is also a food truck which is really handy if you can't be bothered to cook and for morning coffee

Friendly welcome by a lovely lady.

Kitchen probably the cleanest out of all the parks we have been to.

Handy to town. Short walk to lake Rotorua.

Laundry was clean, only three of each washers and dryers, so peak season could be a bit of a line up.

If I had any qualms about it, maybe the hot tub should be for adults only. As every time we went to use it and relax there were kids jumping through it (unsupervised mainly). The whole park is well set out for kids.

Would definitely recommend this park, keeping in mind we were there in the off season

    Nice camping!

A bit expensive I think, but the facilities are really good, the showers and the toilets are really clean, the kitchen too, and the hot pool is really nice (even if it's for kids. there is only 1.1m depth and it's not big so you can't swim like if you swim when you're doing sport, but still nice)

    We really liked this place!

Warm welcome and all the time friendly staff.

Facilities were ok, most of the time clean. Pictures here are quite old, especially the playground lokks different and much more worn out. The trees behind are all gone. Not what we had expected. Had a powered site, the size was ok.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Rotorua!

It is convenient to town, but without the distinctive Rotorua “fragrance!” 😜 My husband and I stayed here 2 nights last week. First night we picked it due to location and the 2nd night because we liked it so much! The heated pool and jacuzzi hot tub are awesome! Our powered site was clean and quiet. Plenty big enough for our Jucy camper van and included a picnic table. The community kitchen is large and clean with multiple cooktops and ovens and a handy selection of pots/pans, utensils available to borrow. There is a comfy community eating and TV area. WiFi is free. I don’t remember if the amount is limited, but whatever it was, it suited our needs for 2 adults. The staff is friendly. There is a selection of DVDs to rent for only $2. We borrowed Lord of the Rings and watched the night before visiting the Hobbiton movie set tour which was fun! We don’t have kids, but this campground also has a playground and dinosaur statues for that would be fun for kids! Highly recommend this place!

For our first 2 nights my partner and I decided to stay here and we were not disappointed!

After a long days driving we were met by a very warm welcome and an easy check in process because we had already paid online. The lady on reception had even taken a phone message for us and was prompt in letting us use the phone for free. Extremely clean toilet and shower facilities that you don't need to pay for, washing/drying ($3 each) and a large rec room with a big kitchen. A quirky place filled with large dinosaurs, heated enclosed pool, close to the airport although we could barely hear any noise and just on the outskirts of the CBD (maybe a 5 minute drive). For anyone unsure I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent campground - one of the best we have stayed at.

Our site was easily accessible, however some might have been a bit tight to get into with large camper vans. Didn't use the kitchen, however shower facilities were excellent - very clean. Did notice a number of dogs, as it is a pet friendly site - they didn't cause us any problems, but noticed some getting loose, and one owner having to clean up the neighbouring site, which is not good. No problems with the airport next door - hardly noticed it - a bit out of town, but everything easily accessible. Had fun watching rugby with fellow campers - especially as the All Blacks won!

Probably the best park we stayed at during our month in the North Island. $42 per night for a powered site for two adults, all facilities excellent, the cleanest I have seen on our travels. Just a short drive out of Rotorua itself and no sulphur smells! You can hear the planes during the day but lovely and quiet at night.
