The Morgan family has run Ohiwa Beach Holiday Park since its inception in 1988/1989. In late 2000 my husband Todd and our children, Dean and Renae arrived at the park. With time and a lot of hard work, the park has been built up to have full facilities for camping and a selection of units.
We made a commitment to be responsible for this special piece of Ohiwa for future generations. We have been rewarded with several awards for sustainable business practices which are still in place today.

Park Motels are ideal for families or groups of up to six looking for a little luxury stay at Ohiwa Beach Holiday Park.
Each park motel is architecturally designed to provide maximum light and spacious living with easy indoor/outdoor flow onto balconies overlooking stunning Ohiwa beach and the Pacific Ocean. Or choose a unit overlooking the playground.
Whether you are enjoying a family or group holiday, a romantic getaway, or simply wanting to entertain guests, the stylishly furnished and spacious park motels with their practical and comfortable living areas are the perfect choice.
Different room combinations mean that you can choose a park motel to best suit the needs of your family or group.
Fully equipped kitchens, complete with gas hot plates and microwave, fridge and freezer, make dining and entertaining easy in the park motels. Guests can also enjoy a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
Park motel combinations include:
•Queen bed in the main living area and a separate bedroom with one bunk set
•L-shaped bedroom with queen sized bed and bunk set, separate living area.
Please note these units are not serviced daily.
Guests are more than welcome to use the range of onsite facilities available, including guest laundry, large kitchen and dining area and, outdoor barbecues.
