Cosy Corner Holiday Park is your perfect beach holiday at stunning Mount Maunganui in the Bay of Plenty.
Stay with us and you are literally 80 metres from the white sands at Omanu Beach one of New Zealand’s most popular and most pristine beaches at Mount Maunganui.
Spend long days surfing, swimming, sunbathing or sandcastle-building at the beach or relaxing in our large solar heated swimming pool or try our Hot Tub at 38 degrees.
We also have a games room for the kids and are adjacent to a large playing field and public playground.
WiFi onsite.
**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT**
We will be operating as a summer holiday park only and will be open from 20th December to Easter each year.
We will also consider bookings for school groups, sports teams and similar (minimum 4 night stays).during the remainder of the year.
We apologise for any inconvenience these changes will cause to our loyal guests, however we look forward to still providing a great Kiwi summer camping experience.

Small, very friendly site - neatly laid out and well maintained.
Minutes from the gorgeous beach and a convenient short bus ride into Mount Maunganui with all its restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the cricket ground at Bay Oval!

Clean facilities, but overcrowded with cars and vans.
2 stars for price/quality ratio. 75 per powered site/2 adults is ridiculous. In our month long trip the most expensive camp we staid in and one of the worst....

Awesome place to stay with top facilities for a camp ground and amazing location with less than a minute walk from beach and near great shopping.
Very clean and social environment to be in with both family and friends with extremelly friendly staff around to help out.

I had a fantastic stay here with my partner.
We received a lovely warm welcome and found the staff most helpful when we asked for advice for things to do and places to go around the area. The facilities and camp ground were great, they even have a swimming pool and hot tub! We had such a wonderful time and would certainly stay again.

Three hot water pools, a minus is a 20 minute walk from the city.
