Beautiful place that we fell upon.

Close to Hot Water beach, 10mins drive. Lovely restaurant and own brewery on site which we didn’t know. Family who run it are very welcoming. Even if you’re not staying worth a visit for the food but stay, have a few drinks and relax. Won’t be a secret for long.

Nice camping with a Coffee bar and a good restaurant.

We enjoyed the evening in the restaurant. There was even live music that night. One thing what could be better: the shower. You only have 5 minuten to shower and it is a little small and not that clean.

Nice spot, we only paid $30 for two people in a non - powered site, not sure if this goes up in higher season!

The owners were really friendly and gave us a couple of 50c to use for the showers and free shovel hire. Has everything you need and even has a brewery/restaurant on site with a spot to get coffees in the morning. We had a tasting paddle with 7 beers for $24, they were really good. Only marked down as showers/ bathroom could be a bit more convenient/ cleaner but otherwise all good.

$40 for two people per night for non powered spot.

Large kitchen and area for eating inside. Standard toilets. Not that pretty as a campsite, no scenic views. Furniture and everything was a bit outdated but seemed like a standard holiday park. Good location on the way to hot water beach and cathedral cove. Arrived after 6pm so just parked up and payed in the morning. Nothing special really.

It was $20pp and then additional 50cents (money goes to charity) for each hot shower. The site seemed keen on reducing its carbon footprint and saving water. Much quieter that the other sites in the area as it is further away from beaches and attractions.

Hot showers cost 50c but all goes to charity, free wifi and very nice and helpful staff. Close to Hot Water beach and Cathedral Cove Coastal Walk. Lots of backpackers who didn't leave the kitchen very neat/clean. On the campground is also a small brewery with nice craft beer en simple bites for dinner (fish and chips, burgers, etc.) If we ever come back to NZ we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for one night and were very annoyed as we definitely paid too much for what we got.

Unfortunately there aren't any other options for camping in this area.

The kitchen is way to small as there were many work and holiday backpackers around, so not enough space. Only two showers of which one didn't even work and there was no "out of order sign" or anything. And you have to pay 50 cent for 5 minutes additionally. We wouldn't stay there again.

Super overpriced, but there's not a ton of options in this area for cheap camping.

The 30 minutes of free wifi is only for one device per party (even if you pay for more than one person), so use your minutes wisely!

We paid 44 for an unpowered site in the beginning of January.

This holiday park is in a great location, convenient to Hot Water Beach in particular, and the on-site brewery is very tasty for dinner and drinks. They will hire you a spade for the beach here as well, a nice touch. Showers are limited to 6 minutes for 50 cents, but at least the proceeds go to charity! A perfectly fine, clean, and welcoming site overall but nothing outstanding.

    We had a pleasant stay.

Kitchen was a bit basic, some of the hobs didn't work and could do with some cleaning utensils. There could also be better organisation of rubbish separation ie a sign advising recycling bins are outside the kitchen so everyone doesn't throw everything into the organic bin in the kitchen. Toilets and showers were ok, $0.50 for a 6 minute hot shower, the proceeds to go charity. :) Fantastic location ie near Hot Water bBeach and Cathedral Cove.
