Heat pump/air conditioner in both front and back room - great for summer cooling and winter warmth
TV - Kitchen with fridge/freezer, hot plates, microwave, table & chairs, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, jug & toaster

Fully tiled modern bathroom - shower, toilet, basin, heated towel rail and towels
