An excellent site on the outskirts of Paihia.
Friendly and helpful staff in the office when booking and on arrival made us feel very welcome. We were pleasantly surprised that the site was quite small, as we were expecting a large holiday park . It had well spaced pitches with a view of the water and a really chilled feel to it. Good facilities including kitchen, dining area, washroom/showers, laundry and outdoor BBQ. Would recommend it.

Very nice place, but quite expensive, we paid 160 $ a night for a motorhome with 2 adults and 4 kids in the days before christmas.
The location is great, just outside paihia, with a nice walking/running trail og 3 km to the city. We parked in second row with an amazing view to the ocean, third would also be ok.
We arrived late, but our details were in an envelope, no problem.
The kitchen and barbecue area is really nice with lots of tables outside with a roof and fine view. The atmosphere was relaxed. The kitchen has no equipment of any kind, hvis is a minus. The pool was fine, but could be cleansed more ofte.
There are kajaks you can rent.
In total a very nice site, which we can recommend.

Shower was really clean and pressure was good!

Super camping.
Tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Tout est propre (toilettes, cuisines, douches) petit potager public pour les aromates. Dump point plus remplissage possible, calme, bien placé face à l'océan, machines à laver et sèche-linge. Rien à dire. A recommander.

Typical Top 10 park.
We stayed here one night on our way south. Felt the man on reception was a little sarcastic because we declined to pay extra for a site overlooking the mud flats (sorry, beach). Far too expensive compared to some other places we have used.

Great warm welcoming check in with a woman with a South African accent.
Amazing spot. Quite a spectacular property with beautiful bush and garden surrounds and the bay and wharf on the doorstep. Loved the wildlife and the peace and quite. Facilities are 10/10. Big kitchen many sinks available and large clean modern bathrooms. Pool was lovely but 6pm closing time was a little early especially in summer. $40 a night for a powered site for the campervan was on the expensive side but it’s worth it. We stayed 2 nights.

Small camp. Great freeshowers and wifi. Lots birds and great walks to Opua or to Pahia. The walk to Pahia even goes by z coffee cart on the next beach for an early morning stroll. Loved this camp. Would be even more amazing in summer with kayaks and swimming.

The beach is a mud on a low tide though, which was expected. The only thing they are quite strict on checkout time, 10am.

Very nice site right on the river/coastal inlet.
Really helpful lady on reception who organised a taxi for our trip in the bay of islands next day. Showers very good and plenty of FREE hot water. Laundry and kitchen facilities excellent. There’s also the bonus of food being available on the site if you don't fancy cooking. Only word of warning is that this is not really walkable to Paihia town although we did walk back one day along the coastal track but it takes about 1 hour! Loads of taxis if you want though and some restaurants pick up and drop of for free, obviously if you’re eating with them😀.

Nice place to be.
Stunning view to the bay. Very clean hot showers, toilets (with music) and kitchen. Sitting and BBQ area outside great but 1$ per 15min to use the BBQ does not make sense for a Top10 Holiday Park. But okay they might have reasons for. Very friendly lady at reception. We stayed one night with our motorhome. Can fully recommend this place.
