Smelly, polluted beach, only 3 campers allowed per night, 1 night max.
9 vehicles got kicked out in middle of night by rude security guards. Don’t camp here, toilets are Mile’s away over road in dark park, smelly.

Good little spot in a nice area: near a park, with water view and only 10min walk from Jervois Road where you can find really nice shops and restaurants.
I'd say it's only good for one night though as the toilets are quite far and there is no shower.

3 spaces between the self contained zone.
We got there at 5 and got a space. Lots of other vans turned up later and couldn’t stay.. or did but in the other spaces. Spaces are on a slope. 2 minute walk into the reserve there are toilets. It said they get shut at 8.30 but at 9.30 there was a security there and they were still open. Overall it’s basic but great location to be free.

Directly at the water. Slightly sloping but we had no pro problem.
Toilets available across the street.

Arrived here late at night with a large campervan and motorhome.
Found some space in between other campers and a few people sleeping in their cars. Road noise tolerable. Slope not the nicest but manageable considering there isn’t much else in Auckland especially if it’s a late night. Sign says 3 cars max but there were triple the amount incl us.

Good spot considering you’re in the city limits.
Toilets available a short walk over to the park, be aware they are portaloo’s currently as work is being done on the main toilet block.

Also traffic all night long, felt okay enough to stay a night but there were people that did not make me feel
welcome here.
