We booked one of the sites with view.
That was amazing. Pros: Walking distance to beach and town, good equipped kitchen, helpful staff. Cons: only 2 washers on duty, all others were out of order. We had issues to do our laundry. In my opinion not acceptable for a premium site during high season.

The campground ist nice, and near to a stunning beach.
Lots of things to do for kids and a playground at the beach which is also fun for adults. Try out the flying fox!
The facilities are ok but the toilets and showers could be cleaner.

We had a nice spot under a big tree.
Nobody around us. Brandnew facilities, very tidy. We showed up without reservation and felt really welcome. Very nice staff.

Our first night in the campervan.
Nice place. Helpful staff. We were not satisfied with the site we have been allocated (direct opposite the bathrooms) and they helped us to find a better place for us, though we only stayed one night.

We had a big site next to the beach.
But we made a reservation in advance. The campsite seemed to be full. It is actually not first come first served. Location is great.
Acceptable toilets and showers and drinking water.

Beach is nice. Be aware of wasps and bring insect repellant.

Unique location at a beach with incredible white sand.
We loved the waves! Safe swimming in the stream is possible. The facilities are basic as expected with a basic DOC site. Acceptable drop toilets and cold showers. Bring your own water and food. $26 for two persons.
