YHA was not originately what I expected our accommodation to be, as it was booked for me.
It is backpacker/hostel type accommodation, which was clean and bright. Our room had 2 single beds with all linen supplied and, thankfully an ensuite. It contained tea/coffee facilities, was quite roomy and beds soft and cosy. There was a huge common, fully self contained kitchen with dinning room, a small tv room, common area with loads of games and puzzles for entertaining one self or with friends; and separate bathroom facilities for males and females; Guest laundry containing with 2/3 washing machines and 2/3 dryers using $2 coins. Laundry powder available from reception for $1 a load. This came in very handy.
Overall, staff were friendly and informative.

The hot pools were 3 different temps.
36; 38; and 40. They were roomy and spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful; constantly standing by pools in case anyone was affected or overcome by the heat. It was a great way to relax and worth every penny. Even better when you arrived for the earlybird special before 5 = )

Hollie was fantastic!!
We went through ravines, mud, rainforest and volcanic rocky terrain. She certainly kept us on our toes lol = )
Supplied us with all our gear so we didn't actually get wet or muddy, their gear did!! No washing for us but she did have a little too much fun hosing us off when we got back...
She was very diligent and kept a close eye on all of us, ensuring we were all safe and having fun. It was a great experience and fun for all = ) Would certainly do again A+
