To avoid the council booking scam only book each person on separate booking .If you don't the council will charge 20% of the TOTAL booking fee paid should you want to make any changes or cancelation for any any individual .
Ie if you book 7 days for 5 people and one cancels they will charge 20% of the 5 people's money resulting in no refund ! But if you make 5 individual bookings then only 20% of the one person will be charged in the event of a change or cancellation
