Clean bathrooms and kitchen.
Friendly staff that offered us free DVDs for the night and table tennis.
Very close to town but beautiful setting right on the Leith. The sound of the water at night is quite relaxing.
Only negatives would be that it's a bit old and the taps in the bathroom had to be held down with your hand for it to work.
Other than that it was great. Would stay again.
