We rented a campervan from Mighway for christmas in NZ and the vehicle was just unsafe!

Tyres were slick and even worse: the structure was visible!!! Brakes were soft and we had to brake twice to have full efficiency. In addition the self contained certificate was expired!! we were rejected from two camping places due to this. Poor experience.

Contacting mighway during the trip regarding the certificate their only answer was a discount proposal!! and for our complaint regarding tyres and brakes was "you should have told us during the trip".

With their lack of professionalism, they put our family life at risk. Do avoid this company for your safety. if you have any doubt, contact us, we have pictures and proofs!!
