Not happy really bad service and felt just ripped off , when paying for petrol,was asked it i had a AA card ?

so told the guy at the counter that i had a one card AA smart fuel card and placed it in front of Inferred red light and it went beep.he then handed me my change with no discount ,so i said why no 6 cents off? you card did not work cant do anything too late sorry. so i asked why then you not tell me you can see me swiping my card that you asked me if i had,? no reply . that sort of service is just not good enough. and i can not seem to make a complaint till Monday on there website about this at BP. Whangaparaoa .I just want my $1.50 back thanks and hope that they dont treat other people the same by not giving them there fuel card discount.
