I didn’t like anything.
I booked a car three months before arriving and, when I arrived the car was not there. I spent the whole day in the office trying to fix the problem and, after 5 hours, they gave me another car. Again, another problem: the car was really bad. They gave me a car way worse than the one I booked, with 250.000km. When I ask for a compensation because the car they gave me was worse than the one I booked, their answer was: “I cannot refund you any money because today, that we are fully booked, the prize of this car that is worse than the one you booked is higher than the other one”. When I booked the car the prize of the one they gave me was even less than half. A complete joke. Conclusion: they made me lose a whole day of my holidays and they did not even compensate me because of the difference on the prize of the cars and neither because of making me lose a whole day on holidays.
