Due to a misunderstanding in the booking our familty stood without a campervan on arrival in NZ just a few days before Christmas, the ultimate high season of high seasons!
Numerous calls to most of rental companies in NZ without luck! Then I got in touch with Sunrise Holidays and within few hours our long time time planned holiday was possible despite the booking issue!
My guess is that their customer service is unmatched in NZ! Nathan and his team really made a difference for our family :-)
