The owner are very kind kiwis!
30 $ +2$/shower +2$/bbq. Free wifi. But the place are a bit disappointing. It's basically a parking lot, 2 or 3 tables. We think that the sites changed, it would have been closer to the beach. Nice beach, a lot of sandflies, seagulls and nests.

Very easy acces to the city, several buses stops at 5 min.
Can be very windy though. Many places in front of the road and few in front of the sea.
Perfect to explore the city by foot, without wondering about parking and traffic.
10 dollars to go with an uber late at night.

Very large site for tents and campervan.
A lot of space, even mid December. Awesome sunset behind the mountains. We didn't use the facilities though. Very beautiful river and flowers views. Mist in the morning.

Parking for an amazing lookout.
Few places (5-6) suitable for large van. Noisy road just up to the parking but no much traffic during the night.
Perfect to explore Abel Tasman.
The road to go there is amazing, with works but not bothering.
