One of our favorite camp grounds on our trip.
So clean it might have just been built with very well kept grounds. It was quiet and is just a stroll to the beach (although its not the most stunning in NZ its worth a wander). Also generous free wifi.

Beautiful site in a beautiful location.
Really good facilities if a shade expensive. I'd forgive the price given the quality, but the lack of any free wifi seems a bit mean. That said if we're here again I'd certainly stay.

Very basic site but close to town.
The kitchen was basic and dated but we ate out anyway. The showers were clean and hot.

A little tight packed and basic but clean and friendly staff.

One of the best camp grounds on our trip.
Really stunning views of the gateway to the Able Tasman and good facilities (if a little busy). The office booked our water taxis and kayak hire and there is some free wifi included. Lots of teenage backpackers but we were more on the family side of the site and it was quiet both nights we stayed.

Nice little campsite for seeing what the Otago Peninsula has to offer.
We used this as a base to see the penguins. Good clean facilties would stay again.

I stayed here in 2013 and when we came back I made straight for this park.
Great location by the lake to walk to the bird sanctuary and only a 10-15min walk into town. Great facilities and quiet.

Nice site on the outskits of Christchurch with a bus stop outside the gate.
Clean faculties but quite a busy place with people starting or finishing their NZ adventure.

We stopped at this ground on our way to Wellington because of previous reviews.
Can't fault it. Friendly people, good facilities including a games room, and nice and quiet when we visited in November. We even ended up in the local pub drinking with the very friendly locals.

Lovely campsite and welcoming owners.
This was our first stop in NZ but 2 weeks later it's still our favourite. Spacious grounds, clean tidy kitchen and ideally placed for a trip to Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove. Thank you.
