Queen Charlotte Track transport by water taxi.
Good service and advice and the staff are O.K. Similar prices to other companies but with less choice of options.

Enjoyed 3 days trekking through the sounds.
71 kms total - but worth it! Good camping along the track.

Price is expensive for a short walk.
Landscapes an activities are interesting but many tourists like me thought the price was too high. It's also quite crowded.

DOC camping ground in a great spot!
Manager was really friendly and gives advice on good walks in the area. Camp just a few meters from a nice empty beach. Toilets and cold water showers.

Diving company that proposes an amazing dive at the Poor Knights Islands - a famous dive spot in NZ.
Service was excellent, staff friendly, maybe a little bit expensive for a really small budget.

If you like hiking, this is one of my best places in the North Island.
Great view from the top. The final walk to summit is very steep and can be slippery. Go on a nice day.
