The problems begin and end at the depot.
Once your on the road no issues. Don't fall for the insurance and be prepared to fork out more money than you thought when you arrive for various hidden costs. The wait times are ridiculous, when picking up the vehicle we waited 3 hrs. Currently sitting in the waiting room now to return the vehicle... Hopefully we won't miss a flight even though we've allowed 4 hrs to get out of this place. I'll feel at ease when I'm back in the airport on the way home. It's a shame having this as a first experience before getting to see beautiful NZ.

Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback regarding your recent experience at our Auckland branch. We have definitely outgrown that branch and will be moving into a new facility in December which will reduce wait time and we will be able to get people on the road sooner. We do try and encourage people to preregister their details too online so we can get arrival times and be able to advise the peak times.
We do hope to see you again on the road with Apollo.
