A quiet and peaceful farmstay style of holiday.
Great fun for the kids - feeding the animals. The new baby lambs were a bonus too. We were one of only two vans staying there so definately not crowded. Friendly family owned business. Clean facilities - nice and hot showers. Superb scenery and the morning snowfall was a pleasant extra surprise! Plenty of room for the kids to run around...

A friendly place with welcoming staff.
Clean facilites and grounds. We could walk from the caravan park to town....a little way but was good exercise! Caught the bus home and bus stops were conveniently located outside our accommodation. Quiet area with little road noise heard. The only downside was noisy neighbours arriving late at night once we were all asleep (after 10pm)...not nice when we were flying home the next day. Otherwise a great place and would choose it again!

A pretty holiday park with clean facilities...hot showers and plenty of bench space in kitchen area.
We had a quiet night with very little road noise. Lovely grounds and the kids loved all the ducks!

A very friendly Campervan Park.
The amenities were clean and good hot showers which were free!!! They positioned us near the playground for our kids and away from most other vans. Great extras like free shuttle to town for evening meals (even though we didn't need it) and great advice on where to eat with kids. Would gladly stay there again on another trip. We had a few troubles with the wireless up where we were but could access it closer to reception and we didn't use the free spa as a bit crowded with the "apres-ski" crowd, but not a complaint.

What a gem of a place...for my boys it was car lover's heaven!
Such an eclectic range of stuff too! We even found a Bedford Truck like my grandpa used to drive. Well worth a visit

A clean campsite with plenty of shower facilities.
We didn't use communal kitchen but the bbq area was great. Kids loved the playground area. Convenience store right outside is handy too! The seagulls as a wake up call was pretty cool too! Friendly place...would recommend again!
Thank you very much for your lovely comments about our holiday park we are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us.

Lovely rainforest setting, but very small sites for a large 6 berth camper.
Not enough shower facilities for all campers and they smelled funny - I think they were upgrading at the time. Great atmosphere with tourists from all over the world. OK for an overnight stay

The position to town and gondola is very convenient for getting around.
However, the staff were not terribly helpful when our concrete site had been taken by someone else and when we saw reception to tell them we had parked in a vacant concrete site, they said we had to move but couldn't move the people on our site....go figure! Anyway, we moved to our original site when the other van checked out and just told reception we had moved. Due to the rain all grass sites were mud pits. They should use all the campground fees to turn more grass sites into concrete ones. Also, very tight fit for campervans...too close to each other. The kitchen was clean and easy to work in. Another down side was paying for the showers - $2 per shower is a but steep for a family of four (they were long enough at 8 minutes but still a bit rich after an already expensive place). We had hot showers but others had cold showers when we got talking. Would bypass next time and stay at Arrowtown instead - much nicer and only 20 minutes from Queenstown.

A great day out with the kids.
We had pre-booked two offroad go-karts but one wasn't available (a maintenance issue) so they were very accomodating in letting us split the trip into a half-hour trip with a go-kart and the argo (driven by the guide). The kids got to swap as a passenger in the go-kart halfway through the trip. Lots of bumpy off-road fun with heaps of mud and in the words of my six year old - AWESOME!!!! A small family business that was well worth the stop. Thanks Guys!

A lovely clean campground with excellent facilities.
An easy walk into town too. Clean showers, even if you had to pay $1 for a shower (still cheaper than Queenstown). Spacious concrete sites and perfect scenery to wake up to. Quiet and off the main road which is excellent for kids. We stayed in the off season and there were only 6 vans there. Consider staying there instead of Queenstown. We would stay again.

LOVED IT and I am not a beer drinker!
Our kids even enjoyed it (especially their soft drinks at the end...). Very informative guide and we loved the fact you were able to walk through the factory, not just look from behind glass. Great combo deal with Cadbury tour too....will recommend to anyone who goes to Dunedin! A Hughlight of our trip to NZ
