Very poor service.
We rang the day before to confirm a check in time and they told us to come anytime. So we arrived at 10am and waited for over 4 hours to get our van. We were told after some time that we were waiting for the previous users to return it. Also the van is nearly 5 years old with over 200 000 kms on the clock and water is always leaking out + bad tyres. Would not use this company again.

Our guide book is quite new and says it costs $20 but BEWARE - it now costs $50 as they include a cultural tour even if you aren't interested in it.
Shame as the park itself is great.

Really good.
Enjoyed bush city and extinct animal section. Not a great whale exhibition and it was the only part that cost money!

Took the ferry to Rangitoto Island.
Nice walk but about 400 people left the ferry all at once and it was initially very crowded. Great scenery.
