Signs in the parking lot say it’s an overnight camping lot and it’s $15 per vehicle.

When we tried to pay at the bar we were told you have to be members of the New Zealand motorhome association, so we weren’t allowed to stay. For members, there are bathrooms across the street so may not be a bad spot if you want to stay in the city.
