Thankyou to all the THL staff at the Auckland, Queenstown and Christchurch depots.

Our first overseas trip was made most welcoming by the team in Auckland.

Reception staff were polite and curtious and very helpful. Our booking and pick up of our camper was flawless. Zee gave us an excellent handover and our trip and use of camper frontier Mercedes sprinter was awesome. Same goes for the team at Queenstown. We were upgraded to a newer Maui camper. Apart from having no reverse camera the trip to Milford sound and back to Queenstown was faultless. It was very cold and the diesel heaters worked extremely well. The toilet/showers were preheated by the heater as well which made a pleasant shower in -5deg at Lake Tekapo. To finish off, the staff at Christchurch depot were very helpful and organized our ride back to hotel. Overall our first campervan experience was excellent. We had an absolute ball. Thanks. We will be doing this again when we return to NZ. Cheers.
