Horse spooked at a water trough on farm and threw me off.Although one cannot predict animal reactions, I would have expected some form of first aid training from the "teenagers" running the trek.
Would not recommend this company due to lack of safety actions in place.
Unfortunately this guest did have a fall from a horse at our trek.
The lady discontinued the trek and drove into town whilst the husband and 8 year old daughter carried on around the farm.
Because of this I had presumed she was not badly injured.
The ratio of guides on this ride was 2 guides to 3 riders.
My lead guide on this trek was nearly 20 and has a comprehensive first aid certificate as do all lead guides at the trek.

Gorgeous Family Camp whose smaller size gave you the friendly and safe feeling.
All amenities were in great order and most importantly kept clean. The units were modern and well stocked for home away cooking. Most memorable was the friendly and helpful local knowledge from Sue in the main office.
