Way over priced ($42 for 2 adults with power).
Bathrooms are in serious need of attention. Person checking us in was nice, but a bit clueless. We had to ask him where everything was. All of that would have been fine, we are not that picky. But I was very unhappy about being woken up at 11pm by the owner knocking on our camper door asking if we had registered. Not cool. Why is he incapable of reading the registration book that we clearly signed with our vehicle number? Who knows! The only good thing about this place is the animals.

Our favorite stay in NZ!
Ended up staying for 3 nights. For campervans, there's one pole out back by the pool. We just slept in the van, and used the kitchen and lounge inside. We had lots of rain so I loved the cozy fire to read and relax. Staff is super helpful for tour info.

What a gem!
$5pp for unpowered. Gorgeous gardens to explore. Toilet (no shower) and kitchen are basic and clean. Cafe smelled wonderful at check in but we didn't have a chance to try. Owners were friendly and welcoming!
