Powered site for 1 is a tad bit expensive but worth the price if you’re after a nicer experience.
Sites back onto the river with an amazing view. Hosts are wonderful and super helpful. Get in early to get a more private park but either way you will still have amazing amenities, limitless shower time, good clean kitchen facilities and laundry area.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our riverside haven. Hope we see you again.

Kind hosts, easy check in process.
Not the best views from campsites but still a good place to check into after a drive to or from the glaciers. Very close to blue pools. Kitchen had most things you need in the bottom lodge, with better bathrooms down there too. Great fireplace and wood in the kitchen dining area, great long tables and couch and the cutest kitty looking for snuggles! There’s another bathroom area with showers and toilets that were unisex and much more of an outdoor camping experience. Use the bottom ones if you can (closest to the kitchen/restaurant/bar/shop). Not sure about wifi or laundry as didn’t use. Shop has quiet a few necessities to buy if you need but the bar and restaurant also serve foods, coffee tea and have a lovely fireplace too.

Loved my stay here, favourite place during my trip.
Powered sites are close to amenities but still private enough with hedges between and wooden outdoor tables at most. The amenities were excellent, wood fired heater inside the fully equipped kitchen to keep cozy, lovely outdoor but enclosed tables, small charge for washer and dryer, lovely owner. If you get time go for a stroll down the back and check out the river! The rocklined river is gorgeous and worth the sandfly bite or two. Overall would highly recommend!

Lovely rainforest parks for powered campervan sites.
Great location close to all cafes, restaurants and activity departure points. Great restaurant and bar on site and hot pools, and good kitchen facilities. I’d say not great based on overcrowding of tourists (could of just been seasonal tourists) but kitchen was a struggle to get space in, and not clean ( again probably just the amount of tourists there ). Semi clean for he most part bathrooms, 2 showers 3 toilets in ladies which is generally fine but this is a very popular campsite so could easily see it being not enough amenities.
Lovely heated dining room (again not big enough for capacity).
Cost a bit much, but it was the nicer place in town. Very busy at reception, but hosts were still helpful, fast and kind.
Most sites are paired so you’ll be alongside another van.
Overall good if you don’t mind the crowds.
