Stopped here for one night after tackling the Tongariro crossing.

Only $15 pppn for an unpowered pitch. Good value food and bar on site too. Decent facilities, although limited showers, so that could be a problem when busy. It was super quiet when we stayed, so wasn't a problem. Cheapest fuel around just next door too ;)
