This spot is over-rated by the previous reviewers in my opinion compared to other similarly rated spots I have stayed at.
It is a large uneven dirt parking area without much charm. A bonus is that it is on Clutha Gold trail.

Dated, but very clean property.
Pros: Laundry(1 washer, 2 dryers) showers, kitchen, toilets, close to public dump station and 2nd laundry. Cons: Electric Plugs very old and don't fit newer plugs, Small 4-square across the street without much else in walking distance. Paid $22 for single adult/caravan; woman behind me quoted $34 for 2 adults/caravan.
