We hired a cabana van for one week in the north island last month , and we were unimpressed to say the least with Jucy staff a the Auckland branch mainly (Wellington drop off wasn’t much better, where
there was nobody at the desk to receive our keys, I had to go into the workshop to find someone who then took another 10mins to come to the counter) where we picked our van up. We had to wait 3.5hrs for the van to be ready. It took the incompetent staff 1.5hrs to clean the first van and the figure out that it had mechanical issues, it then took another 2 hrs to clean another van. Great start to our holiday thanks Jucy!! :(. The young girl who “showed us” how everything worked in the van had terrible manners and customer service, most of the staff were sitting around doing nothing! When another customer who was also waiting for her van asked how long it would take another young rude staff member said “I have no idea, couldn’t tell you”. Not good enough Jucy get some decent training for your first point of contact staff. So bad, I will never use or recommend your company ever!! And the fridge never worked at all. We had to keep buying ice to keep our food cold.
