Very upset that I was denied a refund when the pilots decided I was too heavy to fly.
Instead I was forced to take a disappointing paragliding trip when I preferred my money back. I was denied a lifelong dream today and feel like I want to cry.

I am sorry you feel disappointed. When you booked through our website it stated the maximum weight of 90kg for the hang gliding in various places including on your ticket. You advised us with your body weight of 91kg. The 1kg over would have been acceptable but unfortunately you weighed in at 100kg. We take our safety standards very seriously for the safety of passengers and pilots. Rather than you losing your money, we offered you the paragliding, which you accepted. Please refer to our terms and conditions on your ticket (also on the Q&A page of our website). It states a no refund for exceeding the suggested passenger weight.
